About The Position
TWC Global Services is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect with Genesys Cloud CX expertise for a 12-month contract opportunity. This remote role, based out of Menlo Park, CA, requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise CRM architecture, and Genesys Cloud CX integrations. Responsibilities include designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture initiatives, and delivering contact center transformation solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
- Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage integration experience
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, enterprise integrations, and CRM modernization
