About The Position

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC is hiring a Salesforce Application Architect for a purely telecommuting/work-from-home position. The employee may reside anywhere within the United States. The role leads the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, covering configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. It designs scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business needs and best practices across Salesforce, GCP, and MuleSoft. The architect serves as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations and advises stakeholders on solution design and implementation. The role also applies project management principles to drive agile lifecycle projects, quality processes, gap analysis, and release activities. Domestic travel is required up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computers, Networking, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud for personalization, dynamic segmentation, campaign automation, and improving customer experiences across channels.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing GitHub for source code management and Copado as a DevOps tool for release management.
• At least 2 years of experience utilizing Splunk for log storage and analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience with Marketing Cloud Email and SMS and configuring transactional emails.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Tosca Automation to analyze test strategies and perform automation testing.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing CheckMarx and SonarQube security tools.
• At least 1 year of experience migrating Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations to Salesforce Auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Configure, customize, integrate, and migrate data for Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices, including across Salesforce, GCP, and MuleSoft.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Provide stakeholders with guidance on solution design and implementation.
• Apply project management principles and drive agile lifecycle projects, quality processes, gap analysis, and release activities.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
