About The Position

KitBash is seeking a freelance Salesforce Administrator to modernize their Sales Cloud organization. This role involves auditing and documenting the current state, establishing a safe change process with sandboxes and deployment practices, and gathering requirements for ArtStation/Sketchfab sales workflows. The administrator will configure record types, page layouts, fields, and Flows, set up and document integrations with tools like Maxio and Pandadocs, and modernize the user experience with Lightning pages and Dynamic Forms. The position also includes automating repetitive tasks with Flow, evaluating AppExchange apps, leading data cleanup efforts, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The goal is to prepare the Salesforce instance to support a larger team and more complex sales motions.

Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud admin/consulting experience in small to mid-sized companies.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Strong Flow skills and a declarative-first mindset.
Comfortable working directly with an executive stakeholder.
Disciplined about documentation and change control.

Nice To Haves

Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin certification.
Experience with multi-brand orgs.
Experience with B2B plus B2C sales motions.
Experience with marketplace/creator businesses.

Responsibilities

Audit and document the current state of the org.
Set up a safe change process, including a sandbox and simple deployment practice.
Gather and refine requirements for ArtStation/Sketchfab sales workflows.
Configure record types, page layouts, fields, and Flows.
Scope, set up, and document integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
Modernize the user experience with Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, and cleaner layouts.
Automate repetitive manual work with Flow.
Evaluate AppExchange apps and provide cost/tradeoff recommendations.
Lead data cleanup, including deduplication, standardizing fields, and implementing validation rules.
Train the team on the new processes for ongoing maintenance.
