You'll play a vital role in optimizing the business processes and maximizing the effectiveness of Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in declarative development (flows, validation rules, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork, delivering results that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
  • Self-starter with a "get stuff done" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system maintenance to drive seamless operations.
  • Implement and customize page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative features to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Conduct internal system audits, manage upgrades, and maintain platform security to support business scalability.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement improvements, ensuring Salesforce aligns with company goals.
  • Oversee third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack, ensuring smooth connectivity across marketing automation, sales enablement, and other essential tools.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases, recommend new functionalities, and implement updates to leverage the platform's full potential.
