In this role, you will work with Salesforce Architects and Senior System Administrators to support and maintain Salesforce solutions using platform best practices and Agile SCRUM methodology. Responsibilities include managing users, profiles, permission sets, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, data uploads, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations and system enhancements. The role also involves providing user support and collaborating with team members to deliver effective business solutions.
