About The Position

We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. ICF is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work with Salesforce Architects and Senior System Administrators to support and maintain Salesforce solutions using platform best practices and Agile SCRUM methodology. Responsibilities include managing users, profiles, permission sets, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, data uploads, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations and system enhancements. The role also involves providing user support and collaborating with team members to deliver effective business solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or supporting Salesforce applications
  • 1+ years of experience Salesforce Lightning and standard Salesforce functionality
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ticket management systems
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and ticket management systems

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience supporting Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or similar project management tools
  • Basic understanding of Flows, Apex, and debugging.
  • Experience supporting users in a federal or government contracting environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and environments
  • Support users by troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and resolving Salesforce-related requests in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative Salesforce features
  • Perform user account management, profile updates, page layouts, permission set assignments, and data maintenance activities
  • Utilize Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and GitHub for configuration management, version control, and supporting deployment activities
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in data imports, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives using Salesforce tools
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding support requests, updates, and system issues
