The Role As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key player in helping Bloomerang continually improve our Salesforce platform and support our users. The ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of implementing solutions and managing configuration changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Functional Expertise: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
  • Agile Mindset: Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
  • Collaborative Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team.
  • AI Productivity: Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
  • Team-First Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls.
  • Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with tickets as needed.

  • Compensation: The salary range for this position is $78,200 - $120,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
