As our Salesforce Administrator and Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for CRM management, IT troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce administration (certification a plus).
  • Must be highly knowledgeable, strategic, and capable of understanding and balancing overarching organizational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and improve our Salesforce environment, including user setup, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
  • Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with vendors for more complex needs.
  • Streamline processes across departments, implement best practices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and help the team leverage data for decision-making.
  • Support broader organizational or cross-functional initiatives that rely on systems, data, and operational expertise.
