The Salesforce Administrator II will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform by leading project initiatives, enhancements, and assisting with troubleshooting end-user issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our CRM instance is configured, customized, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall system performance.
