About The Position

The Ward Law Group is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join their team. This role will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and development, be a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Ward Law Group does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship at this time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong Salesforce Administrator skills and platform knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with SOQL, Salesforce automation, and Flows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must be able to provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce Pages is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Litify, Asana, AWS, MuleSoft, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform.
  • Build and enhance business process automation using Flows and other Salesforce automation tools.
  • Write and optimize SOQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data management.
  • Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity efforts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and release management activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support to end users.
  • Recommend best practices and continuous improvements across the Salesforce environment.
