About The Position

Forescout is seeking an engaging, employee-focused Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join its team. The role configures and develops standard and custom solutions in Forescout’s Salesforce environment, and maintains the application’s functionality, security, data and application integrity, and performance. Working as part of the Salesforce team, the employee advises functional project teams on Salesforce capabilities and configuration best practices, and estimates the effort required for configuration tasks.

Requirements

At least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience.
At least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience.
At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
Understanding of Sales and Support processes.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, and the data security model.
Understanding of Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines.
Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce.
Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
Salesforce Administrator certifications are required.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Configure and develop standard and custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform tools.
Maintain Salesforce functionality, security, data and application integrity, and performance.
Advise functional project teams on Salesforce capabilities and recommend configuration best practices to meet requirements.
Estimate the effort required to complete configuration tasks.
Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management, and SDLC policies.
Review and coordinate configurations, enhancements, and application installations.
Work with business and project teams to identify production issue root causes and configure solutions.
Partner with IT and business project teams to analyze complex business problems and advise on Salesforce implementations.
Contribute to cross-functional projects integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Research system issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.
Perform quarterly and on-demand environment refreshes, including Production-to-Stage and Development refreshes.
Monitor and audit Salesforce and connected-app usage, and optimize license costs.
