About The Position

PACCAR Financial is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and continuously enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for platform administration, governance, automation, solution development, and user enablement to ensure Salesforce remains a secure, reliable, and scalable business platform. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the successful candidate will deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support PACCAR Financials’ strategic growth objectives.

Requirements

7+ years of IT experience, including substantial Salesforce administration and development experience delivering secure, scalable business solutions.
Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions across the full solution lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security, user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and platform governance.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing business process automation using Salesforce Flow.
Experience developing and supporting custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, triggers, integrations, and asynchronous processing.
Experience building and maintaining Omnistudio solutions, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
Strong reporting and dashboard development skills, with the ability to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience supporting Salesforce releases, upgrades, integrations, and platform maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
Ability to partner effectively with business and technology stakeholders, translate requirements into solution designs, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
Bachelors' degree in Business / Information Technology required

Responsibilities

Administer and govern the Salesforce platform to ensure security, reliability, data integrity, and scalable access management that supports business operations and regulatory compliance.
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flow automation to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery.
Develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, and custom functionality to address complex business requirements and support organizational growth.
Create and maintain Omnistudio solutions, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures, to deliver streamlined digital experiences and improve process effectiveness.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate strategic objectives into secure, reliable, and user-centric Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Provide solution design guidance, technical leadership, and documentation to ensure maintainable, scalable, and supportable platform capabilities aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
Perform platform administration, maintenance, upgrades, and integrations to ensure a reliable, high-performing Salesforce environment that supports critical business operations.
Manage Salesforce data, security access, user roles, profiles, and data migrations to maintain information accuracy, governance, and trusted business processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights, improve operational visibility, and support informed decision-making.
Drive platform adoption through user training, coaching, and end-user support, enabling employees to maximize productivity and realize the full value of Salesforce capabilities.
