We are currently hiring for Sales positions in the following areas: Kids Apparel & Shoes, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Shoes, Accessories, and more. The pay range for a Salesperson is $17.25-$17.25 Hourly. For other roles, please see job postings for pay ranges. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.

Requirements

Ability to work the Hiring Event on Thursday, May 28th, 2026, between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Willingness to participate in an interview process that may take approximately 1 hour.
