About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in various areas including Beauty, Women's Apparel, Shoes, Kids, Stock, Gift Shop, and Restaurant. They are holding a Hiring Event on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the Nordstrom Ala Moana store. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Applicants are welcome to bring a resume, but it is not required. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Responsibilities

Handle merchandise and assist customers.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].
