Standard physical requirements include continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; and handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting them above the head. Employees regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Stock and Logistics roles frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
