About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity helping individuals and families find life insurance coverage that meets their needs. The agency provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources to help agents develop their skills and build their business. No previous sales experience is required. Candidates must already hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain the required license. Earnings are tied to individual production, are not guaranteed, and vary based on several factors, including effort, use of the training and sales system, engagement with lead resources, and customer needs in the agent’s market.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
- Coachable and dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance.
- Help families explore coverage options and find solutions that fit their needs.
- Follow the established sales process and participate in ongoing training and support.
- Develop sales skills while building and managing client relationships.
