About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity. Agents help individuals and families explore life insurance coverage that meets their needs, using a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources. No previous sales experience is required; candidates must already hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one. Earnings depend on individual production, and no earnings or production levels are guaranteed.
Requirements

- Have strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
- Be coachable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities
