This is a sales role focused on establishing rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co., and demonstrating a positive attitude within a high-energy environment. The role involves conducting face-to-face sales presentations in a state-of-the-art sales center, finding commonality with prospective owners, communicating travel benefits, generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques, and delivering sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. The position also requires attending all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, and keeping current on product knowledge, materials, and industry trends. All leads are provided and prequalified by Travel + Leisure’s award-winning on-site marketing team.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
  • General knowledge of smart devices
