Requirements

  • Experience in retail, automotive, real estate, furniture, or commission-based sales.
  • Motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working toward commission-based earnings.
  • Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Communicate confidently.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Open to training and coaching.

Nice To Haves

  • RV experience is not required.
