About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in various departments including Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Lingerie, Women's Shoes, and Accessories. This role involves continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Sales employees may also receive commission based on the merchandise they sell, with apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%, and Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receiving 3%.
