About The Position

Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026! We are currently hiring for Sales positions in the following areas: Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Shoes, Lingerie, Kids, Accessories, and Logistics Processor. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The pay for Sales positions is $21.90 per hour. Logistics Processor positions pay $22.55 - $23.45 per hour. Service Experience positions pay $22.55 - $23.45 per hour. Store Support positions pay $22.55 - $23.45 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.

Requirements

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
Reach for and lift items above the head
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
Occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities
