About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in Women's Apparel, Women's & Men's Shoes, Kids' Apparel & Shoes, and Lingerie. This role involves continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. It also requires frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling, as well as handling and lifting bulky items. Sales employees may receive commission based on merchandise sold, with apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%, and Beauty and Men's Fragrance roles receiving 3%.

Requirements
