About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales Positions in Beauty, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, and Stock Team. Join us for a Hiring Event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, from 11am-5pm at the Nordstrom Palo Alto store (550 Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto, Ca. 94304). No appointment is necessary; simply arrive during the event hours. Interviews will take approximately 1 hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. If you cannot attend the event, your application will still be considered.

Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
