Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (with a few exceptions)
  • A valid driver's license is essential for Sales roles
  • Candidates for roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
  • For sales reps and other patient facing field employees, going into a healthcare setting is considered an essential function of the job and employees are expected to comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support.

  • May be required to reside within a specific territory
  • Travel outside of the assigned territory may be required

Responsibilities

  • Promote, sell, and support Medtronic products and therapies within your assigned territory
  • Drive product adoption by developing new accounts and expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value-driven solutions to healthcare providers
  • Practice effective territory management, including planning, organization, and expense control
