What you’ll be able to do: Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As a Sales Zone Manager, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers. As a Sales Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers: Deliver Ford monthly regional wholesale/MAP sales, share, and focus audience Ford Commitment Program Electric Vehicle Compliance Integrated Services Ford Blue Advantage Sales NPS Regional GTM Execution Tier 1-3 Marketing Alignment This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Ford's success while accelerating your own professional growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)
  • 0-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future
  • Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
