About The Position

The Opportunity As a Sales & Use Tax Senior Manager, you will focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex indirect tax regulations and optimize their indirect tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous and challenging situations. You will deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, initiate open and honest coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience
At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
