About The Position

Mungo Homes is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to join their Corporate Team Development department. This role is ideal for a seasoned homebuilding sales professional with a passion for training and strong public speaking abilities. The specialist will be responsible for creating and facilitating training programs, collaborating with the training team, and developing engaging content for sales leaders and team members.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to create and adhere to company processes and procedures and hit department project deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other training team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional related experience.
• Minimum 2 years homebuilding sales experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Kova or other homebuilding ERP systems
• Hubspot or other CRMs

• Jeff Shore Consulting Sales Training expertise preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate virtual and in-person training programs.
• Help create and refine training programs to support Mungo Homes sales leaders and sales team members.
• Collaborate with other training team members to produce creative and effective ideas for training engagement.
• Help create new and effective training courses on sales process, standard operating procedures, communication, and leadership.
• Help create training outlines, guides and workbooks.
• Create instructional training micro-skill videos for Learning Management System.
• Create continuing education eblasts and follow up resources.
• Assist other trainers in facilitating cross-departmental trainings as needed.
