Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C direct sales, outside sales, or related field with proven performance results
  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or facilitation
  • Experience leading engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a track record of improving performance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales/training technology tools
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate our immersive 3-week New Hire Sales Training program
  • Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in-field observations, and one-on-one feedback sessions
  • Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology
  • Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism
  • Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis
  • Help innovate and evolve training programs to support company growth and scalability
  • Manage classroom logistics including schedules, materials, rosters, communication, and training coordination
  • Inspire others to embrace learning, coaching, and personal development
