About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to own the onboarding and ongoing development of our warm outreach sales team. This team works with prospects who have already expressed interest, meaning your job is to train reps to convert intent into revenue, not just break the ice. We are looking for someone who is structured, and capable of building quality training content and delivering sessions that actually stick. If you thrive in a fast-moving sales environment, know how to turn call observations into coaching opportunities, and take genuine ownership of rep performance, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales training or coaching role, preferably in appointment setting within a SaaS environment.
  • Background in a BPO, SaaS, or inside sales environment.
  • Solid understanding of warm lead conversion psychology and what drives rep performance in an inbound-intent context.
  • Ability to design structured learning modules that are practical, engaging, and measurable.
  • Experience documenting call observations and translating them into actionable coaching plans.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, with HubSpot or Zoho preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English with confidence presenting in front of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Office 365 Suite.
  • Organized and reliable with reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously update onboarding modules tailored to the warm outreach sales team.
  • Develop targeted training modules to address gaps identified through live and recorded call reviews.
  • Update the team on product changes, process updates, and new campaign flows in a timely and structured manner.
  • Listen to live and recorded calls regularly to identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Deliver focused, targeted training sessions built on real call data, not generic scripts.
  • Coach reps on warm lead conversion, objection handling, and intent-to-revenue techniques on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain accurate training records, session logs, and individual rep progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to identify performance trends and act on gaps with structured training responses.
  • Ensure all training activity is documented and accessible for leadership review.
