Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related role
• At least 2 years of experience delivering sales training, either in person or remotely
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Willingness to travel to affiliate locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers impactful sales training for individuals, small groups, and large audiences across the enterprise.
• Creates engaging, modern learning experiences using classroom instruction, virtual learning, video, simulations, role plays, games, shadowing, and field ride-alongs.
• Coaches sales professionals in the field, providing real-time observation, feedback, and development.
• Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate business and growth strategies into practical training programs.
• Assesses learning needs and use data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum and training effectiveness.
• Builds and manages training calendars for Business Development trainees.
• Leads training projects from concept through completion, keeping deliverables on scope and on schedule.
• Stays current on sales, marketing, adult-learning, and training best practices.
• Supports compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
• Serves as a super-user for our EMR and CRM systems.
• Travels to Care Synergy affiliates as needed to provide in-person training and field coaching.
