The Sales Trainer & Program Manager serves as the primary architect and champion of "The Cardinal Way of Leasing" across the organization. This role bridges the gap between people, process, and technology by driving excellence in leasing performance, communicating the value of hospitality-first sales models, and empowering onsite teams to master our centralized ecosystem. The Sales Trainer owns the deployment of signature leasing curricula, manages the integration of AI leasing platforms like Elise AI, and performs performance accountability activities to ensure our leasing engine is sophisticated, consistent, and conversion-focused.
