This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role. The primary function is to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASMs during their absence (vacation, sickness, injury) or for special projects. The Sales Trainee will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores. The role requires effective servicing of all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards. Upon successful completion of the training program, the ST is eligible to interview for open ASM roles. If no ASM role is available after certification and the ST meets performance standards, they may remain in the ST role for up to 12 months, or until an ASM role becomes available. An extension of an additional 6 months may be granted based on continued high performance, no open roles, and certification completion. The ST role is an at-will position.
