The Sales Graduate Program is a structured, rotational development program designed for recent College/University graduates who are interested in building a long-term career in Sales. Participants will join as a cohort of three associates and rotate through key sales and corporate functions over 12 months. The program provides hands-on experience, formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, with the goal of preparing participants for a permanent sales role upon successful completion of the program. Program roles will be available in each of our three key locations of New York, London or Singapore and will start in September of 2026. Participants will complete rotations across a variety of teams, which may include: Sales Executive/Business Development, Sales Development, Global Account Management, Client Success, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Corporate functions, Product, and Other departments as assigned. Throughout the program, participants will receive on-the-job training and role-specific projects, formal sales and professional development training, mentorship from sales leaders and cross-functional partners, and regular performance feedback and career coaching.
