About The Position

ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager for its central Utah region, covering Salt Lake County to I-70. The ideal candidate will have experience in crushing, mining, aggregate production, or heavy equipment sales, and will be adept at understanding customer operations, discussing production and performance, and fostering long-term relationships. Requirements

Experience in crushing, mining, aggregate production, and/or heavy equipment sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness and ability to travel within the territory as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the territory to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and promptly address client needs and concerns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
Drive sales initiatives through prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
