The Sales Support & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst (Contract) role involves the daily monitoring of sales, orders, allocation, and scheduling of vehicles for the Business Centre. This position is responsible for generating ad hoc reports and presentations for regional staff and liaising with headquarters teams on daily operations and vehicle shipping. Additionally, the role manages tele-contact dealer relations concerning sales operations, acting as a liaison between the manufacturer and retailer. This includes providing guidance on sales performance, inventory, promotional activities, and program participation. The analyst will ensure high levels of sales satisfaction at dealerships, identify areas for improvement, and motivate independent entrepreneurs to achieve superior performance aligned with marketing plans, merchandising, financial reviews, and new product launch training.
