About The Position

The Sales Support & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst (Contract) role involves the daily monitoring of sales, orders, allocation, and scheduling of vehicles for the Business Centre. This position is responsible for generating ad hoc reports and presentations for regional staff and liaising with headquarters teams on daily operations and vehicle shipping. Additionally, the role manages tele-contact dealer relations concerning sales operations, acting as a liaison between the manufacturer and retailer. This includes providing guidance on sales performance, inventory, promotional activities, and program participation. The analyst will ensure high levels of sales satisfaction at dealerships, identify areas for improvement, and motivate independent entrepreneurs to achieve superior performance aligned with marketing plans, merchandising, financial reviews, and new product launch training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications with strength in Excel & Power Point
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Ability and willingness to relocate for potential future opportunities
  • Bilingual (French/English)

Responsibilities

  • Managing tele-contact dealer relations as it relates to sales operations
  • Acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer (tele-contact)
  • Providing guidance and management of sales performance, inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs
  • Ensuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement
  • Motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training
