Department & Team: Sales Operations – Revenue, Platform & Operations Role Summary The Sales Technology Specialist supports and improves the sales technology ecosystem that enables seller productivity and operational efficiency. This role administers assigned sales technologies, supports workflows and user adoption, helps maintain data quality, and identifies opportunities to streamline processes through automation and AI. The position partners closely with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Salesforce administrators to ensure technologies align with business processes and reporting needs.

  • Experience supporting technologies that integrate with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of assigned sales technologies.
  • Configure and maintain sales technologies and related tools
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Support integrations between sales systems and Salesforce
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and overall platform health
  • Support efficient sales processes and successful technology adoption.
  • Translate business requirements into practical workflows and system solutions
  • Manage and maintain intake processes and workflow tools
  • Support technology rollouts, enhancements, and user onboarding
  • Create and maintain process documentation and user resources
  • Serve as a resource for tool-related questions and support requests
  • Promote consistent use of tools, processes, and best practices
  • Help improve the effectiveness of the sales technology ecosystem.
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and workflow effectiveness
  • Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Recommend process improvements and automation solutions
  • Support practical AI use cases that improve seller productivity
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting inputs and operational visibility
  • Stay informed on emerging sales technology capabilities and industry best practices
