About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Team Member helps create a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive environment for club members while supporting the club’s growth and daily operations. The role focuses on membership appointments, prospect follow-up, club cleanliness, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. The team member also supports administrative tasks and other projects to help ensure members have an excellent experience.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The position is based in a customer-facing indoor gym with low to moderate noise. Annual travel is less than 5%.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead a team and work as a self-starter.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
• Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, and kneel as required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Personal Training Certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and support community events to help create a positive and inclusive club culture.
• Help increase social media engagement and promote a sense of community among members.
• Follow up with members and prospects by phone, text, and email; cold calls are not required.
• Set appointments for membership and training.
• Clean and maintain the club, including equipment, common areas, and restrooms.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including counting the till and properly handling payments.
• Collect and enter payments from members.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
