About The Position
The Sales Team Member provides a positive and efficient customer experience in an assigned area or zone at Fleet Farm. The role focuses on customer service, maintaining and replenishing merchandise, keeping the sales floor clean and ready for customers, and supporting store operations. Team members may also assist with cash register operations when customer demand requires it. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. Requirements

- Previous retail or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge customers and provide Best in Class service.
- Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
- Maintain customer readiness standards by keeping the sales floor, shelves, rail tops, displays, and kick plates clean.
- Assist with in-store price changes, including regular, clearance, and sale price changes.
- Complete nightly department recovery by fronting and facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning, and filling critical products.
- Train in cash register functionality and promptly assist with running a cash register when customer demand requires.
- Assist with merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and coordination of freight flow to ensure all merchandise is represented on the sales floor.
- Promote the Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
