Responsibilities

  • Helping customers design spaces they'll absolutely love.
  • Providing top-notch customer service from the moment they walk in until well after their delivery.
  • Being a tech-savvy resource on the showroom floor with your laptop, ready to assist without being stuck at a desk.
  • Tackling tasks like answering phones, doing quick "Buddy Checks," and keeping an eye on open orders.
  • Growing your skills through open feedback, learning from the occasional oops, and staying in the know about our awesome products.

  • Guaranteed flat rate of $25 for the first 16 weeks (training time).
  • Solid $20/hour base PLUS monthly and quarterly commission opportunities after training.
