About The Position
Menards is hiring full-time Sales Team Members for immediate openings. Sales Team Members contribute to the Customer Experience by providing excellent customer service, welcoming and greeting customers throughout the store, helping customers find products for their projects, and assisting with merchandising and preparing the store for customers. The role offers on-the-job training and advancement opportunities within a promote-from-within culture.
