About The Position
Menards is hiring a full-time Sales Team Member for immediate openings. Sales Team Members contribute to the customer experience by providing excellent customer service, welcoming and greeting customers throughout the store, helping customers find products for their projects, and assisting with keeping the store merchandised and ready for customers. The role offers on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a promote-from-within culture.
