Five Daughters Bakery is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join their Sales Team at their North Georgia storefronts in Avalon, Alpharetta, and Medley, Johns Creek. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt when challenges arise.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to squat, bend, twist, and reach as required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
Dependable and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support sales goals.
Develop and maintain knowledge of pastries, seasonal products, and new menu items.
Assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front and back of the store.
Operate the POS system accurately.
Restock drinks, merchandise, utensils, paper goods, and other store supplies.
Organize and move delivered products to designated areas.
Communicate shift-related issues to the Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
Record required information, including spoilage, donations, and daily cash deposits.
Complete closing and end-of-day responsibilities.
Prepare the store for the following business day and assist with pre-orders.
Work cooperatively with other team members to provide a high level of customer service.
