Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to stand and walk for long periods.
Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility in the face of challenges.
Organized with good time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoy talking with customers.
Knowledgeable about pastries.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Availability for both opening and evening shifts.
Sunday availability is required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, including seasonal and new menu items.
Set up product displays, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store, including wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, and washing equipment.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Restock store items such as drinks, merchandise, utensils, and paper goods.
Organize and move delivered products to their designated areas.
Communicate any shift issues to the on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
Record pertinent information such as spoilage and donation numbers, and daily cash deposits.
Complete closing and end-of-day tasks, including preparing for the next day and managing pre-orders.
