Specs On-Premise Distribution is in search of dynamic, energetic, and guest-focused candidates to join our wholesale team as a Wholesale Sales Team Liaison. This role requires individuals willing to go the extra mile and provide exceptional service to our customers and team members. The position demands the ability to multi-task, follow up on inquiries and tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

Communicate between the warehouse and sales representatives.
Research Quantity on Hand (QOH) issues and ensure customer orders are filled.
Transfer any United/WD items that may be needed.
Assist with special orders and opening orders.
Answer emails, calls, or texts concerning items outed on invoices that show Quantity on Hand.
Prepare wine and ice samples for sales representatives.
Receive transfers.
Answer questions about Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on deliveries.
Maintain constant communication with management and department heads regarding missing product and potential solutions.
Take delivery of special order items and ensure they reach the correct account.
