Requirements

3–5 years of automotive sales experience (Chevrolet or GM brand a plus)
Proven success closing deals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Strong leadership potential — motivates others and thrives on team success
Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility
Familiar with CRM tools (DriveCentric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms
Be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Possess strong time management skills.
Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally.
Team oriented.
Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
Have a clean and valid driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the showroom floor — support and coach sales consultants daily
Track team performance and help achieve monthly sales and CSI goals
Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience
Serve as a communication bridge between sales, management, and service teams
