Neo is seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. The role involves driving customer acquisition by coaching the team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. Requirements

Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.

Responsibilities

Coach, train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage.
Oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
Monitor individual and team sales targets.
Implement strategy adjustments to drive performance.
Generate regular performance reports for management.
Provide hands-on support at events.
Troubleshoot issues.
Actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.
