About The Position

The Sales Team Lead proactively drives revenue and generates new business. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales to coach, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives. The scope of the role will also involve cold outreach, acquiring new customers, building and developing client relationships, sales experience, and setting up new ACC teams.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Reliable and proactive performer with leadership acuity
  • Dedicated team orientation, and desire to guide a growing team
  • Effective under pressure with an aptitude to organize and prioritize duties
  • Knowledgeable about Indeed and able to close deals efficiently
  • Internal Eligibility: You must currently be a Senior Account Executive with at least 12 months in role
  • Must achieve at least 3 of the last 4 quarters as Senior Account Executive with 100%+ on both New Business and Revenue at time of application (pacing not considered)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify and generate new business while meeting annual revenue goals
  • Manage a book of new business and total revenue
  • Conduct face to face visits and live product demonstrations over the phone
  • Engage and strategize with prospects and customers to identify their business needs and formulate ad services
  • Assist Director of Sales with training new hires and building a pipeline
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales to define strategies that enhance team’s effectiveness and revenue contributions
