About The Position

Lenox Advisors, a subsidiary of NFP and an Aon company, is seeking a Sales Team Coordinator to manage all Sales Administrative and operational activities for the NY & Baltimore regions. This role involves overseeing the onboarding, off-boarding, training, and coordination of Relationship Managers. The position is based in the New York City office and operates on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Sales Administrative and operational activities performed in NY & Baltimore.
  • Responsible for the On-Boarding, Off-boarding, training and coordination of the Relationship Manager.
  • Define and explain Lenox’s infrastructure (i.e. Lenox, NFP, FAF, MassMutual, MMLIS, LWA, LBIS).
  • Effectively navigate within Lenox, MassMutual, NFP for support/resources.
  • Possess knowledge of the products/services Lenox offers its clients.
  • Perform calendar management in Outlook.
  • Utilize MOSAIC as a power user.
  • Utilize Concur.
