About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring within our fast-paced, high-volume sales organization. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and enjoys balancing recruiting speed, candidate quality, and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting inside sales professionals within insurance, warranties, direct-to-consumer sales, or other performance-based environments. Experience recruiting licensed or licensing-track sales agents is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet hiring targets, and manage shifting priorities.
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habits.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting licensed or licensing-track sales agents.
  • Direct recruiting experience within insurance, warranties, or other high-volume sales environments.
  • Experience with onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and cross-functional communication is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, inside sales roles in a Direct-To-Consumer model (Life insurance, P&C, warranties, or similar preferred).
  • Experience recruiting licensed and non-licensed sales agents preferred.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volume simultaneously.
  • Assess candidate communication skills, coachability, and sales readiness.
  • Move quickly while maintaining candidate quality standards.
  • Manage recruiting pipelines with urgency, consistency, and strong follow-through.
  • Manage high-volume hiring from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Recruit inside sales professionals in performance-driven or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Manage complex interview schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare and extend offers, manage background check workflows, and track onboarding progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in UKG and across trackers.
  • Host info sessions, new hire check-ins, and culture-based touchpoints.
  • Balance multiple open roles, meetings, and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, candidate issues, or onboarding delays.
  • Work cross-functionally with TAC, HR, hiring managers, Licensing, and other TA partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Spot trends, contribute insights, and participate in TA strategy discussions and recruiting process improvements.
