About The Position

The Sales Support role ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed in a courteous and professional manner. Will assist staff with all aspects of the ordering process including order entry, order placement, order fulfillment, product information and scheduling. Acts as a liaison between production, customers and/or sales personnel to provide availability and scheduling information. The Sales Support Specialist role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall business success in the glass and mirror industry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational skills and effective team player
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and multi-task, work within specified timeframes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Previous Customer Service work experience is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • previous work experience in our industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work construction management software tools
  • Process change orders
  • Manage open orders
  • Share any service or installation notes with customers
  • Enter and schedule new orders
  • Collect payments
  • Create picture books
  • Provide customers with order status and monitor any delays
  • Handle warranty tickets by scheduling service and ordering parts
  • Answer incoming calls or emails; timely & professionally
  • Perform other duties as requested
