About The Position
The Sales Support role supports the sales team by managing renewals, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, data accuracy, and responsiveness across the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Track upcoming renewals and notify Account Managers proactively
- Assist in preparing renewal quotes and documentation
- Follow up on renewal status and maintain accurate tracking
- Build and update customer quotes for hardware, software, and services
- Work with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing and availability
- Ensure quotes align with customer standards and margin targets
- Convert accepted quotes into orders
- Coordinate order entry with distributors and vendors
- Track order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
- Resolve order issues such as delays or discrepancies
- Maintain customer records, pricing standards, and configurations
- Support upkeep of customer purchasing standards or store
- Ensure CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and quotes
- Support Account Managers with operational tasks
- Assist with reporting on renewals, pipeline, and order activity
